One of my \u2018ideas partners\u2019 (yes, I have a small cluster of ideas partners; a story for another edition perhaps) sent me an article last month with \u201853 surprising leadership statistics on training, culture and development in 2024\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d not had the chance to read the piece until the recent Labour Day long weekend here in Victoria.
