What it is
The Coaching Clinic is a half-day workshop for anyone who coaches as part of their job. Team leaders, managers, case workers, employment consultants, people and culture professionals. It teaches specific, practical tools, not frameworks or philosophies.
You will leave the session knowing how to ask better questions, how to hold a coaching conversation that actually moves someone forward, and how to support others without taking over.
The ANZ model is the template. Partner organisations can host the Clinic for their own people, or individuals can attend open enrolment sessions.

JUNO runs the Clinic at your venue for your team. The ANZ model is the template — hosted at their office, designed around their context.
For individuals
Individuals can attend a Coaching Clinic session without organisational involvement. $297 per person.

Open enrolment sessions run throughout the year. Register below and we will let you know as soon as the next date is confirmed. Your $297 is only charged when you enrol in a confirmed session.
What comes next
The Coaching Clinic is designed as an entry point into JUNO's leadership development ecosystem. Many participants go on to join Leadership Leap, and the $297 Clinic fee is credited in full against any Leadership Leap tier.
