Leadership Leap works because it puts you in situations no workshop can replicate.

Over 12 weeks you are paired with a community member working toward employment, study or independence. You coach, support and adapt alongside them, guided by experienced JUNO facilitators and equipped with specialised leadership tools.

What makes this different is that nothing is scripted. Your person will surprise you. They will take unexpected paths, make very human decisions and respond in ways you cannot predict or control.

That is exactly the point. Real leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about showing up, adapting and growing through situations that do not follow the plan. That is what Leadership Leap gives you and it is why the growth sticks.
